Hi today i bought razer tartarus pro mercury, it is very nice and good build, but sadly after i connect it to my ps4 pro, i see that it is not work on ps4, just arowkeys work and no other keys not work! but in pc it work very nice and good. just on ps4 not work, i search youtube and i see that tartarus v2 work on ps4 very nice and without any problem

so do you now what can i do? is work tartarus pro on ps4 with xim apex ? or i should change it to tartarus v2 ? and tartarus v2 work on ps4 without xim apex or not? pls help

The Razer Tartarus V2's is compatible with a PC with Windows 7 or a higher version. Connecting it to a gaming console will not guarantee its functionality. Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM should you need additional assistance. I’ll be locking this thread now.
