Razer Tartarus v2 and Synapse 3 problem

Hello I wanted to ask if someone can help me with my Razer Softwar problem, I have a Tartarus v2 and every time I connect it to my PC after about 15 minutes Synapse 3 crashes and the macro that I set for my Keyboard does not work and it goes to default, I can open Synapse when this happens but Syapse does not show me devices and stops. Also I wanted to add that this problem does not happens to my mice or headphone, it only happens when I connect the Tartarus v2.

constantly happens to me too, its an issue they clearly need to address and dont know how to. I dont have any issues with my naga trinity but the moment i got a tartarus pro and a nari ultimate, my synapse would stop working every so often. Ive tried repair and full reinstall but it still comes back. I have a ticket open but wether they'll respond in a timely matter not sure.

I think the solution is software update from Razer, let me know if you could get a respond.

thats what i did, full uninstall though. Deleted all razer folders aswell after uninstalling from windows including those that were in the appdata folder and program files. Then did a restart. Downloaded and installed synapse. Then one by one i plugged in each peripheral and let synapse do its thing and update. I did not reinstall cortex. Not sure if related and the issue seems to be fixed. However its only been a couple of days so il not hold my breath. I have still experienced the issue where a key will get stuck when playing overwatch so im permanently strafing lol and im not sure if its a hardware issue or not. It only lasts for a few seconds and if i hit the key a few times it resets.

this is funny because my problem is exactly like yourself while I play Overwatch and that happens I can not crouch lol(and also voice chat). I did a clean reinstall too but did not work for me.
