So I have had my Tartarus V2 for about a year and a half now and I use it for gaming frequently and absolutely love the thing, however key 20 has developed an issue where if I try to push down the key nearer to the edge of the key, it either does not push down or is much harder to do so.
I tried to contact support to see if I could use the warranty but I do not know the day I bought it and have no proof of me actually ever buying it.
So, I would like to know if anyone knows of any fixes or if I can get a replacement part for pieces inside the key that may have broken?
