This is my second Tartarus as my last one had a multiple key failure. I have had this one for a while and the palm rest has completely worn off. I also want to mention that the second one I received as a replacement for the initial one came with two from pegs of the palm rest on the bottom cracked, so I fear trying to adjust the palm rest will break it. Does razer offer replacement parts for stuff like this??

I also am having the wrist rest peeling issue. I have tons of razer peripherals. After researching this, it appears to be a common issue with over 150+ confirmed posts or repies claiming they are in the same razer stalemate. Also there are multiple threads dating back to over two years ago! Little to no helpfull responses, except from one mod over a year ago responding to a gentleman claiming he would check the spare parts and see what they have available.  I'm afraid they may have realized this is a cash grab and will not replace this part in anticipation that we will just buy a new peripheral. Im currently in the process of taking legal action because they should be offering replacement parts especially being a currently produced part. It's not the fact that I don't have the money for a new device its the fact that alot of you may not, or have the ability to purchase a new one.

Same problem here. Searched all over internet for a solution, sadly none found.

The response I got was they have no replacments and that part falls under the "not covered" portion of warrenty. They just flat out do not care that the wrist rest padding will desentegrate after 4-6 months and have ignored most of the 50 posts asking for help. Only one person on Etsy sells replacment wrist rests and they are low quality and mine broke in half after a few months so buy at your own risk.
