Have the Razer Tartarus V2 with the Synapse Software version 4.0.86.2601201054 running under Windows 11 Home- version 25H2 - OS Build 26200.7623 with all available updates. I am experiencing an issue where, if the software is running. the “4” key on my keyboard (the one above the “E” and “R” keys simply does not work anywhere. Not in notepad, any browser, basically nowhere on the computer. However, when I shut the Razer Synapse software down, the key regains full functionality.
I by default do not have the key bound on any profile, no Hypershift or anything. I have bound the Num 4 key (From the keypad), and that will come through on things, but still the “4” mentioned earlier refuses to be recognized until I stop the Synapse software from running. Also have tried a uninstall and reinstall, and the behavior continues. Any help on this would be appreciated, as I am an avid gamer, and the specific “4” key is needed.
