Razer Tartarus V2 some keys don't work anymore

Hello,

 

So recently I decided to use my Tartarus again after a few months only to realize that keys 06, 11 and 16 don’t work anymore.

 

They were functional before because I used the Tartarus to remap some keys for a specific game back in november 2025 (I only use the V2 for that game).

 

Basically in november 2025 all keys were working (can’t remember if I had synapse 3 or 4)

April 2024 (I had to redownload synapse, only synapse 4 available), 3 keys not working anymore.

 

I did everything I found online, update my drivers, clean install, windows update etc but no luck.

I can change the binding but when I press the key still nothing happens…

 

If anyone has a solution because I really need those keys.

I understand that you are experiencing a key input issues with your Razer Tartarus V2. Could you please confirm if the issue still occurs when Razer Synapse is not running in the background? You can disable Razer Synapse by following the steps on this link.

 

If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a private message along with your device's serial number and proof of purchase/receipt in PDF format so I can check its warranty details for a possible warranty claim. You can upload your proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
