Razer Tartarus V2 Space (Key 20) broke

Hi all, I've had an issue with my Razer Tartarus space button (Key 20) working intermittently. Then yesterday it totally cut-out I opened the keypad and found the "Button" flex PCB was broken; continuity checks found the break was at the bend point which makes sense highlighted in the photos attached. I’ve had the keyboard for around 2 years with frequent use so not surprised this flex design broke. I could spoof a key 20 press by shorting the connector, so I knew the controller PCB was fine. I bodge fixed the keyboard by putting a tactile switch in over the connector bus ideally, I would be able to buy / be sent a replacement flex PCB by Razer. Part numbers I can see on the flex are “7141EJ”, “18333” and “65C000005330” If anyone from Razer reads this who can help it would be greatly appreciated! I really don’t want this keyboard to turn into E-Waste! Kind Regards, Jack

Hi. Very similar problem. Confirmed through the old Note pad trick. If (in notepad, you can use Shift from the Huntsman, and get Aa, but not using the 20 key on the tartarus v2, (you get “aa”), the key’s bad. Can the entire key asspembly be replaced? (I’m not sure I can fix it your way; Ihave no experience...)

Please help if you can. An new Tartarus is pricey.
