Razer Tartarus V2 - Turbo function not working following update of synapse firmware

Carried out all instructions given by razer tech support - still no solution. Does anyone else have this issue?

    I'm having the same issue except it seems to be more than just the turbo feature, even when pressing the button multiple times it does not activate.
