Just bought the Razer Tartarus V2 a day ago at Bestbuy. Device will not allow me to remap any keys. It shows they are remapped but the keys are still typing the default characters.
For example trying to set key 15 as “space” instead of the default “F” will not work. It shows the key is remapped to “space” but it continues to type “F” which is the default key on the keypad.
Research seems to show this has been an issue for several years according to other forums such as Reddit.
Any ideas on what to do with this? It’s brand new, one day old. I just freshly installed Razer Synapse and have never even had it installed on this machine before. Tried plugging directly into PC instead of USB hub, no difference. Chroma works fine, but keymapping does not work at all.
