Hi everyone,
I am having a frustrating issue with my Razer Tartarus V2 in Synapse. I am trying to remap my hotkeys—for example, changing key "01" to the letter "K".
However, whenever I try to assign a letter, it automatically changes to a number instead (like "1"). Right now, I am completely unable to map any of the buttons to the custom letter hotkeys I need.
I have tried every troubleshooting method I can find, but nothing is working. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
