Razer thresher 7.1 activation for PC

I have had a razer thresher 7.1 for PS4 for a while, but would like to use the 7.1 surround features on PC. I have followed the FAQ:

But I have not received any code following succesful registration. The page for “legacy support” on the registration does not actual list the Thresher, so I am going in loops of incomplete information how to resolve this problem for a (fully functional) product.

If this could be resolved that would be great.
