I bought my headphones in the middle of July of 2021 and it wasn’t until the beginning of August that a very annoying beeping would occur. If my audio is on and the beep occurs, it would mute my audio. Same thing when my audio is muted: it would beep, and it would unmute my audio. There would be no pattern - it would occur at random, or back to back, even when I had JUST turned my headphones on. I have tried having my microphone muted to see if would help - nothing. Same thing with unplugging and plugging back in my adapter - nothing. Not too long ago, while I was playing Dead by Daylight, in the middle of a match my headphones began to beep and there was a point where they did a solid 5-7 second long beep. I am fed up! I really don’t know what to do anymore to resolve this problem, and it is very disappointing, because for years I have seen nothing but positivity about Razer and their products. And now that my first product from Razer is having this issue after a short amount of time, it makes me think about refraining from buying more of their products.
