Razer Thresher 7.1 for PS4 unknown issue

Dear, Since yesterday I encounter an issue that I can't solve. I was chatting in a ps4 party and the headset stopped working for no reason. When I unplug and plug it, I see it is still connecting to my ps4 but yet no sound or mic. I already rechecked all the options, read the manual guide, firmware is up to date etc... But still the problem is there. What I find strange is that the battery indicator light on the headset is not working anymore... I have all reasons to believe that the headset is still charged, because it does connect with the ps4. So I don't understand why the indicator light isn't working anymore ? Does this mean that the problem is more serious, and is something that we can't fix ? Only by repair ? Thanks in advance, Kind regards!

Have you tried connecting to different USB ports on your PS4? Did you get the chance to connect it to a PC and check if it behaves the same? Please check if the sound settings are configured correctly by following the steps: 1. Go to All Settings -> Display & Sound -> Audio Output. 2. Under Optical Audio, select Bitstream Out. 3. Under Bitstream Format, select Dolby Digital. 4. Under Headset Format, select Stereo Uncompressed. If that doesn't help, send me the serial number of your device. It'll help me verify its model and look into other solutions.
