Hey Guys!
I Have The Razer Thresher PC/PS4 (NOT Ultimate Edition)
As i was in a call with a friend of mine
i noticed i could hear myself through the mic
but the sound wasnt going to my pc since it had little to no delay and the listen to device option was/is closed
since then i hear myself through the mic
Note here: i've noticed that i have a loopback(directly from the mic to the headset) only when the USB is NOT connected and when i connect it, it just stops
but now the USB is connected and i still have loopback
the listen to device option from windows is disabled
Synapse doesnt detect the device so i cant change anything from there
i have updated to the latest firmware
It only stops when i press the wheel inside to mute the mic
but i cant have it always on mute since im chatting a lot
Is there any button combination or reset that i can do to disable this??

Are you referring to this model? Does the issue happen when the headset is plugged into your computer through the 3.5mm port? Please follow the steps from this article and see if it helps.
