Razer Thresher Tournament Edition mic problem

So I've gotten my hands on a Razer Thresh Tournament Edition headset yesterday, (second hand), and the mic has a problem of not getting my voice as it should, therefore giving a bad audio quality. The headset doesn't seem to be compatible with any Razor Synapse, anything to do to help ?
