Been using my Razer thresher ultimate for my Xbox series X and now randomly it has stopped connecting to my Xbox. The HUB and and headset both connect to eachother as the solid LED is showing. I’ve checked the settings which are all fine (I haven’t changed anything from when it was working). It works fine on my PC but I’ve tried it on a friend’s Xbox and it doesn’t work. I can’t seem to diagnose a problem as everything seems to work individually.

Yea I kinda figured that unfortunately. Was hoping maybe they emailed you directly. Well if I find out anything I'll post it on here but looks like I'm just buying a new one since they aren't going to provide support.
Exact same issue today. Has anyone found a fix for this?
