Razer Thresher Ultimate problem with mic echo

Hello, I've got this new headset and I have 2 problems. First one is that Razer Synapse (both 2 and 3) doesn't see my headset. And second problem (more important) is that I hear myself through the headset. It's sounds exactly like when you turn on option in Sounds panel to listen to your microphone. I don't have that option to disable for this headset (in Windows settings) and I cannot disable it in Razer software because it doesn't see the headset. What should I do?

    I have the same problem not about synapse but about the surround hearing ive looked it up and it says to click the right wheel and it will go away but that only works when i click the left wheel but then it also mutes me so i cant talk i have the normal Thresher for ps4 and on amazon it said it was compatible with pc so thats why i got it. Thanks a lot if someone can help me out.
