Razer Thresher Unlimited NOT CONNECTING

:eek_::mad_::frown_: My razer thrasher unlimited for the xbox one that i have had for several months has worked fine until yesterday and today when i try to use it it constantly disconnects every 30 seconds or so and then re connects after another 15 seconds i have tried everything i no that might fix it i have re started m internet re started my xbox and re started my audio hub but nothing is working! plz HELP

    It happens when its connected to my xbox one i dont use it for my pc
