Hey team,

I just got the new Razer Thunderbolt 5 Mercury dock so I could have 3 monitors. However, the 3rd monitor isn’t working.

Tested:
1. When I unplug 1 monitor the one not working starts, then re-plugging the monitor that monitor doesn’t start.
2. Lowered the resolution size down
3. Changed the refresh rate
4. Tried with macbook pro (latest model with thunderbolt 5) still only 2 monitors

Specs:
Using thunderbolt 5 cables to each monitor
3x Asus ProArt monitors

I’m having the same issue. I just got mine in today,.   I had a thunderbolt 4 prior to this and the 3rd display worked fine.

@bestPaleVioletboard893 bestPaleVioletboard893 how did you get your thunderbolt 4 and your Macbook pro (i have the M4 chip) to work with three additional monitors?

Same issue here with both: Windows Thunderbolt 5 and Macbook M4 Pro.

I have a Razor Blade Stealth 13.3 and everything that I have seen this Thunderbolt docking station is backwards compatible with Thunderbolt 3 and 4. I have high end DP port cables (certified). All drivers are up to date. I was running 3 UHD Omen monitors for two years and wanted a cleaner set up. I know that this model lap top may only support 2 DP ports connections and then direct USBC to HDMI for the 3rd (That's what I was doing, worked fine) I'm not opposed to doing that again with this dock but I cant even get two monitors to even pull up. I can plug one in and it works. Unplug it then it doesn't and back and forth. I'm talked to Razor and they did thing the dock was defective. I'm getting a new one shortly to see if that helps. Any advice would be helpful. maybe confirming my statements above as far as backwards compatibility and stuff. I have been reading that alot of people are complaining about connectivity issues with the Thunderbolt 5 Dock.
