RAZER thx application

Do you have RAZER Kraken or Kraken TE (Tournament Edition)? RAZER Kraken TE does not support 7.1 Surround Sound Kraken TE comes with a THX adapter, which should install the THX driver without an activation code. But if you are still facing issues, few RAZER Support members I communicate with, who can assist you. @Razer.Speedcr0ss @Michelle-RazerCortexPC Do prepare the followings for the support~~~

I recently bought a razer headset, when I plug in the headset with razer synapse, it comes out, but when I enter razer thx, it asks for an activation code and I enter the code that came out of the box, but it says the code has been used. Razer thx paid or is there something wrong with my activation code? note: headphone razer kraken tournament version 7.1 surrond

Your first thread text colour is dark grey; this is because you have copy and pasted your statement from a word doc or notepad exe. Double check that your statement is visible to others (in clear visible colour), otherwise we can suspect that the insider is trying to hide something, or spam the forums~~~

Thanks for the tag, Sye_The-Vie. Hey, 1281281284! Sye_The-Vie is right. The Razer Kraken Tournament only needs the Razer Synapse 3.0 since it has a USB audio controller, which enabled the THX Spatial Audio feature. Without the USB audio controller, the headset will be detected as a 3.5mm enabled device. Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
