I have registered my headset and tried downloading the software but it wants me to purchase it all over again. Its not letting download anything. It just takes me straight to the purchase screen again[EMAIL='again.hit4thefence@gmail.com']. [/EMAIL](*Omitted)is my ID

By the way, I've seen that the code from your screenshot is matching the THX Spatial Audio code that is associated to your Razer ID.
