Razer THX Spatial Audio not working. Razer Barracuda Pro not being detected by Synapse

Issue 1 - I have successfully installed THX Spatial many times but THX Spatial Audio is not available in Audio Outputs

Issue 2 - I have connected Razer Barracuda Pro but it is not being detected by Razer Synapse Application.

did you try changing the cord? a usb a - usb c female is the one you need
