Razer THX Spatial - no sound output

Suddenly I lost my THX Spatial output, no matter how I set it, still no audio from it. I have reinstalled it completely, however it hasn't helped at all. Winver shows 22H2 and 22623.1037 It was working. How canI get it back again to work? PS Used card is Sound Blaster X-Fi Surround 5.1 Pro SoundBlaster SB1095

It seems it started working, no idea what's going on. I tried reinstalls, multiple reboots so far
