razer tiamat 7.1 problem

Can you make sure everything is plugged in correctly? Is the volume turned up in Windows? How about the audio control unit (physical)? Is it also low volume on other devices?

everything is plugged in correctly I set the volume to the maximum in windows and control unit but it is still small sound I also use sound blaster x g5 and it is works well um.. I've heard that even using virtual 7.1 channel software Razer surround pro, it doesn't affect the real 7.1 surround sound is that ture? If that's true, I'm going to use it to raise the volume Is it OK to use razer surround pro?

Does it work on another machine (like a friend's computer)? Do you have it plugged directly into your computer (so all of the connections can be plugged in)? It's okay to use Razer Surround Pro, but there's no need to. You've got the true experience, so why go for the emulated one? You could always contact Razer Support: http://rzr.to/help
