Ok guy I need help, I feel like I'm doing something wrong and don't know if my headset/audio card is bad or maybe both. I recently got a pair of Tiamat's v2 (late to the party i know). I plug them into my motherboard on board audio card (cause i cant afford a standalone card) and i get no sound. My Realtek sound manager say nothing it plugged in. I have tried reinstalling my audio drivers but no luck. I have plugged the headphones into my phone with and external USB adapter and can confirm that at least 2.1 mode works. I was runnign windows 10 64 bit, but read online somewhere that windows 10 and my mobo dont play nice so i hoped downgrading to windows 7 64 bit would help (it didnt). has anyone else had this issue or no the fix?

I highly recommend watching our configuration guide of sorts for your headset. That said, I'd appreciate it if you can share a short clip detailing how the headset is connected to the PC and a close up on the Audio Control Unit.

I have Razer Tiamat connected directly to my motherboard, it shows up under devices and printer and I can control the lighting in Synapse. I took a video with my phone sorry if its poor quality tried my best. I'm thinking it may be a driver issue with my motherboard but i can't find any help online. I don't know if this matters but under devices and printers it has the Tiamat listed as an input device.. instead of audio or headset. PM me the serial number of the headset so I can look into model-specific solutions. For now, perform a clean installation of Synapse following this guide. By the way, do you get any sort of pop-up notification when you plug in one of the 3.5mm jacks?
