Razer told me that I no longer have warranty while amazon says yes

Hello, 

 

I bought my razer mouse on 21 of June of 2021, and amazon says it has a 2 years warranty.

 

I’m having problems with the light, the wheel is also acting weird and having a lot of sound  and I wanted some technical support.

 

The only way to contact them that appears to me when putting the code is for USA or CA, and I’m from Spain 😅

 

How should I proceed?

Contact Amazon directly. They will do a refund or send a replacement.
