I purchased a Razer Tomahawk Gaming Desktop in May. Everything was fine up until about a month later, when the top 2 case fans and RGB lighting under the case stopped working. The biggest issue was the top 2 case fans not turning on as this causes the machine to run extremely hot (sometimes when not even playing games). I made sure to check all my settings and made sure everything was up-to-date. I opened support tickets and had the machine factory reset already, which fixed the issue temporarily, but then the same issues persisted another month later. I have sent the machine in for service/repair already and now just received it back, only to see that it is still having the same issues. I am at a loss right now as to what to do next other than to try to attempt to get it repaired again or somehow get a refund (although I believe I am already outside of that window). Now I am going in circles with support trying to find out what I should do next. Has anyone else been having these similar issues with this product?
