Razer Tournament i uninstalled a razer usb device in device menager pls help

i have razer TE with the little device and it was working great but today it stopped working i mean the when thx device was chosen in audio headphones didnt give any audio from the pc but when i was turning up the volume in that little device it was giving me sound notification that voliume is now maxed. I didint know what to do cuz the headhones put directly in pc jack it was working fine. unfortunatly im kinda dumb so i unistal that thx device in device menager now i cant find it anywhere i dont know what to do can someone help me ?

    You will want to reinstall Synapse by following this guide. After that, run Windows Updater and look for this specific driver: RAZER HIDCLASS - 6.2.9200.16485. Send me the serial number of the headset if the problem persists. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
