I have a razer tresher that I bought in 2018 and until then I've only used it on the PS4.I bought another razer for the Ps5 and wanted to use this one on the PC. But my serial number is not being recognized in the razer surround, why?? what to do? I'm sure it's original, it was bought at a razer store in the US.
