razer trinity macros not working

I have a trinity mouse (7 button conf.) The profile seems active in Synapse but the macros just don't work. Synapse is updated. Any thoughts?

    Does anybody know of a decent alternative software for macros? It's been 2 days now and all of my devices are practically useless...

    Have you tried binding macros to two other side panels and check if the issue is the same? What is your computer's Operating System? Please send me the serial number of your device via PM, along with a video of the Synapse Macro tab that you are trying to alter. Save it via GDrive and paste the link to your PM. Let's go from there.
