Razer Turret for Xbox One connectivity

Anyone else have issues with wireless connectivity with the Razer Turret for Xbox One? Getting the following issues: Keyboard presses miss Keyboard stops responding entirely Keyboard presses “stick” (not physically) Mouse sensitivity increases I’ve updated the firmware and tested with a wired connection which works fine. Seems to be solely when wireless on Xbox One. Looks like I’ll have to return it . Needs to be perfect for £250.
