Razer Turret - mouse shortcut not working

Hello everyone. I have a razer turret for sometime now, I always used the left side buttons of the mice with my shortcuts. Recently, I wanted to use the right side, and noticed the buttons do not work, even the shortcuts that worked on the left side, do nothing on the right. Has anyone had a issue like that? Got any tips? Regards
