Just bought Razer Turret XBOX One. I connected the dongle to my Windows 10 PC, installed Razer central. In addition to turret, I also have Blackwidow Elite wired keyboard.



Inside Razer central, when choosing the Turret Keyboard, and manipulating different lighting options, the keyboard itself never gets backlit. It also appears that any lighting changes I make under Turret keyboard are applied to Blackwidow.



The turret mouse is has its backlighting working correctly.



I tried uninstalling Razer software, resetting keyboard, and checking for firmware (it had latest). What can I do to get backlighting to work on my keyboard?
I recently bought the razer turret and I am having the same issue , I also have it connected to my pc , mouse works fine and the keyboard is functional but no backlight whatsoever.

Hi there! Thanks for posting your keyboard's concern here. Were you able to download the Razer Turret App from the Microsoft Store?
I have the same issue as the others here. Cannot get the backlight to work on the Turret keyboard using either Razer Synapse 3 (Windows) or Razer Turret App (Xbox One).



Pressed and held the reset button on the Turret keyboard. Also tried connecting the keyboard using both wired and wireless to the Xbox and my laptop. Neither are able to get the backlight to work on the keyboard. The keyboard functions outside the backlight. The Turret mouse is backlit and works with no issue.



I have submitted a ticket on this issue.
