Razer Turret Xbox one mouse and keyboard input issues


I have been using the turret on PC (Win 10) and quite frequently when using it the mouse or keyboard or both stop responding to input. This only happens when it is wireless, when it is plugged in with the wires it works great, but the defeats the purpose of buying a wireless keyboard/mouse. Synapse 3 installed/reinstalled countless times. Have removed all device drivers and Razer software from the PC using CCleaner and done a fresh install. I have tried the firmware updates on Razer site.
