Hello again, this is not the first time, or the last time this has happened. The issue i am having is that the headset is no-longer synced properly to the dongle, and the dongle isn't reading. and this has happened in the past, the S/N (removed), and please get back to me via email - (removed)

Sorry to hear about your Razer Nari Ultimate dongle issue. Can you confirm if you've tried downloading the Razer USB Dongle Utility here and re-pairing your headset to the dongle?
