Razer Universal Quick Charging Stand for Xbox not working

Hi, my razer charging stand does not seem to be working. Plugging it in, the status light at the bottom of the stand blinks white and orange for a second. Plugging the controller directly works, so it’s just the stand that’s not working. Any ideas? Thanks
