Razer Universal Quick Charging Stand for Xbox Series X|S charging problem

Hello I bought the razer quick charge stand for series X and have run into a problem with it, it doesn’t fully charge my controller all the way, I wait until the light turns white which indicates it has full battery but when I take my controller off it’s not at a 100%. I’m not sure if I got a defective charging stand or what but can somebody please help me solve this issue.
