Hi everyone, I recently bought Razer charging stand for my 9th gen controller. On Razer's website, they say "able to fully charge your controller in under 3 hours" but mine has been charging itself for 15 hours and it's still %95. Has anyone experienced this kind of problem? Should I refund it?

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your Razer Universal Quick Charging Stand for Xbox. To isolate the issue, please ensure that the USB charging cable is plugged into a powered USB-A port and the controller is sitting on the charging stand properly with the charging pins aligned.
