Razer Updater failed and also disabled builtin sound

My Razer Updater keeps failing. This means I can't use my headset. But it also messed up my built in sound. So now my laptop won't make any sound at all, and there are no listed devices in my Sound Settings. Windows 10 I forget which model headset I have. I also have a Death Adder mouse which remains installed (but I don't think that is at all related).

    What do you exactly mean by the Razer Updater that keeps failing? Can you send me a screenshot of what's happening? That way, I can have a better grasp of the situation and assist you accordingly. For now, let's isolate the issue by following the steps on this page. I'd also appreciate it if you'd send me the serial number of your headset.
