Razer USB Audio Controller No Volume

Recently I accidentally leant onto my USB audio controller while it was facing down on my desk, and I heard a series of beeps. I am unsure of what happened, but now I am unable to hear game or chat audio through the USB. When I press 'volume up' on the controller nothing seems to happen, but when I hit 'volume down' or the game / chat balancer I hear beeps. Anyone have any idea of what I might have done, or did something happen on the software end of things?

Oh my! Thanks for keeping us updated. Is the volume button on the USB Audio controller still jammed? Where did you buy this headset? If it's from a reseller, please contact them and see if they can cover it by allowing a replacement.
