Razer Usb Dongle for V3 PRO DA Not working

So , my dongle started giving issues on my pc ,  dongle was not giving any input while plugged in my pc but on laptop mouse and dongle were working fine , i updated the firmware of the mouse through cable and now usb dongle is not working on laptop also mouse is running fine with cable

i dont actually i bought it in 2022 , i think i just need a firmware rollback so that it starts working again on laptop and from there i update it properly


Update , its working on different computer


Razer Support , I think dongle is not working properly can i buy a dongle through you , My Location is in India and the product is out of warranty , ty

You’re connecting it directly onto the motherboard? Or via usb extension? Could be some loose port in PC, that’s why it’s sometimes not working, and it’s working properly on another PC.
