Razer V2 X Audio corruption

Good afternoon, since I acquired the V2X product, I have had a failure when moving the headset or raising or lowering its volume, the audio tends to become corrupted or disappear completely until I put it in the right place, I would appreciate it if you could help me solve this problem or request a solution, new drivers updated to the latest version, including 7.1 surround sound. Thanks.
