Razer V3 Hyperspeed scroll wheel randomly activates auto scroll, opens tabs after several seconds of use and ultimately stops working

Question

My experience with the V3 Hyperspeed had been amazing up until yesterday.

After 2 months of use all of the sudden while scrolling on Youtube i noticed that the auto scroll feature kept switching on and off every second and while hovering across videos it kept opening tabs with them, noticed it on File explorer as well. After several seconds it didn't respond to any clicks. I also tried it on my laptop but ended with same issues.

Later i switched to a old wired mouse which worked perfectly and whenever i used the V3 issues started immediately.

Here's what i tried:

-Updating mouse drivers on PC

-Updating mouse and dongle to latest firmware

-Resetting PC

-Factory resetting mouse trough the Synapse app

I even reinstalled windows but to no avail, same issues, is there a way to fix this? or is my mouse done for

Could you please confirm if the issue still occurs when Razer Synapse is not running in the background?You can disable Razer Synapse by following the steps on this link.If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a private messagetogether with your device's serial number and proof of purchase/receipt in PDF format so I can check its warranty details for a possible warranty claim.
