I have the Wolverine V3 Pro controller, and it worked fine for a few months. However, today it stopped connecting to my Xbox Series X via the wireless dongle and when I plug cable in the controller appears to turn off.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

  1. Checked the dongle – It’s fully plugged in.

  2. Tested the USB port – The port is working correctly with other devices.

  3. Reset method – Turned off the controller, unplugged the dongle, and reset the Xbox. Then plugged everything back in. No luck.

  4. Wired connection – Tried connecting the controller directly to the Xbox using the provided Razer cable. Still didn’t work.

  5. Firmware update – Plugged the controller into my PC, but Razer Synapse doesn’t recognize the device, so I’m unable to update the firmware.

The controller does power on and the Xbox button lights up red, which matches the profile I set in the Razer Xbox app.

At this point, I’m reaching out for assistance.

Let me assist you with your controller. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the connection issue you're currently experiencing?
