Razer v3 pro dongle just stopped working

As title says dongle just stopped working - the wired works fine.
Dongle is not detected on ANY USB hub (tried all of them) AND its not detected on another PC/Laptop as well.
Firmware is update only on mouse, because it doesn't detect dongle to update it.

I saw a tons of reports like this - is there a fix or we need a replacement ?

I understand that the mouse works fine in wired mode, but the wireless dongle is no longer being detected on any USB port or even on another PC. 

Please be advised that the Razer Viper V3 Pro, Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro (Smooth-Touch Edition), and Razer Viper Mini Signature Edition use a dedicated HyperPolling Wireless Dongle. Therefore, it does not work with the generic Hyperpolling dongle. 

Please send me a PM along with your device’s serial number and let me know where the device was purchased. Also, kindly provide a photo of the proof of purchase/receipt, including the name of the store or reseller, so I can check the warranty details and assist you further.
