I added a macro to one of my mouse buttons and when I restarted the PC suddenly Windows did not recognize my Viper 8k anymore. Even when I removed every driver and software with the tool, the Viper 8k remains corrupted. When I plug it into the USB slot, there is no device added sound, but the DPI Light flashes blue/white rapidly. When I press all 3 mouse buttons, the device added sound pops up, but the flashing DPI light turns off. RGB always off. I can’t reset the mouse to factory settings, it is not recognized as a mouse, it is not recognized in synapse, it is not recognized by the firmware updater software and Razer support refuses to hear about the problem because my warranty ran out.
