Hello, sorry for my english, im italian and i dont speak it very good... i bought a razer viper 8k and after 30 minutes of using it in COD MW it stop and it does not turn on anymore. I changed it with another one new and i've got the same problem... idk what to do help me pls!!



i already tried everything, literally from uninstall drivers to start windows in safe mode, everything... and the result is after just 30 minutes of use, it turns off and now i cant use it in every PC, i tried to use it in 4 other pc still not working... its the 2nd Viper 8k in 3 days same problem after 30 minutes...



I have a Ryzen 9 5900x and a AMD RADEON 5700XT 1st GEN XFX.



now i cant use it every try i can u tell me to do i cant do it because the mouse doesnt turn on, the only thing is working is the led under the mouse (i think is the led sensor)
Same problem here have you found any fix for this problem?
yeah i sent it back... no one knows what to do i asked directly to the razer and no soluction was found, so i sent it back...
Same problem for me with a Viper 8k after I start apex or warzone time 5 minutes starts disconnecting and reconnecting until it shuts down, styo going crazy I can't find a solution so I think to send it back!

Its exactly the same for me I wrote to the support I hope they will send me a new one

I wrote to Razer Support they told me to cut the cable and send them a picture of it and now they are sending me a new one.
