Razer Viper 8k stops responding on PC but works on laptop

I have been using my Razer mouse for about 3 years without any issues. However, after turning on my PC recently, the mouse stopped responding completely — none of the buttons work and the cursor does not move. The RGB logo lighting still works, and the DPI switch button on the bottom also works.

At first I thought the mouse was broken, but when I plugged it into my laptop, it worked perfectly. So the issue seems to be specific to my PC.

On the PC, the mouse is not detected by any software, including Razer Synapse. I also tried updating drivers and reconnecting the device to different USB ports, but nothing helped.

Could you please advise what I can do to resolve this issue?
