Razer Viper 8kHz.

Problem: after fresh start pc no mouse detected, no power to it through usb port, any usb port, in the front , in the back of pc. Not working in any type - usb 2 , usb 3.



Solutions checked:

1. mouse was connected on all usb ports posible on pc, not working.

2. power options changed, to max, perfomance, all power adjusted not to turn off any hardware, in this case mouse. Also adjusted settings in device manager that pc would not disable power to mouse to save energy.

3. Checked how mouse works with synapse and cortex installed and without them.

4. Other experimental stuff done that did not helped.

5. Checked bios for any power features.

6. Searched in synapse for any settings that could affect mouse.

7. Cleaned pc with registry and other tools to fix any issues.

8. Double checked all the pc power settings and device manager power settings.

Nothing wokrs!



1 annoying solution: every time you turn on pc , you have to unplug the mouse and plug back again, then mouse works.



So on fresh pc start mouse doesn't receive power to it, replug the mouse, it works.



Any ideas anyone?
