hey, i recently got a new razer viper as an upgrade for my gaming mouse that i got a few months ago. It just came today and i plugged it in, it worked at first and then razer synapse updated it and it completely stopped working (dpi flashes inconsistently and occasionally) no rgb no cursor movement, lmb/rmb don’t work at all. it also doesn’t get detected by synapse or windows (no connecting/disconnecting sfx) and doesn’t show up in drivers as well (only when i do “view hidden devices” it shows up as disconnected and doesn’t change or anything like it doesn’t disappear or appear either it’s just there)
Im hoping to get an answer and hopefully a fix.
